CCCar Brokers are one of the largest companies in the UK exporting VAT Qualifying cars to India, Far East, New Zealand, Australia, Cyprus and Malta. In fact when a Country is a Right Hand Drive market we sell to that Country.

Our website only shows a limited range of VAT Qualifying cars. We supply to many large dealers in India, Far East and New Zealand, and in fact are recognised as being one of the largest exporters outside of the UK.
We have many sources of VAT Qualifying vehicles, including brands:- Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Bentley, Ferrari, Ford, Jaguar, Land Rover, Maserati, Mercedes, Mini, Porsche, Rolls Royce, Volkswagen and Volvo.
We can supply NEW, Pre -Registered cars with just delivery mileage and Ex demonstrators, Ex finance lease, basically any car that has the VAT status as "VAT Qualifying" we can supply.
We are a recognised exporter with Her Majesty Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and we have our EOPR1 export number. We submit monthly VAT returns as we are in a repayment situation every month due to the high level of exports we sell each month. (see process of refund below)
In 2012 we are targeting to sell 1,000 vehicles for export to the various Country markets we already supply and are recognised as a strategic buying partner for many of our export dealers.
We can also now start supplying Left Hand Drive vehicles, and will start to target China as a very large export market duirng 2012. We are looking for strategic partners to export to China, so please contact Kevin Edwards on 01753 893685 if you have a requirement to purchase Left Hand Drive vehicles.
VAT Qualifying cars
Attention export customers
If you are a NON European Union dealer / end user wishing to permanently export a VAT Qualifying vehicle outside the EU then it is possible for us to reclaim on your behalf the VAT content (which current rate of VAT is 20%)
Example
Sales price of £40,000.00 (gross including VAT) means that after VAT reclaim of 20% the NET purchase price would be £33,333.33 - This means that you would receive back £6,666.67 VAT refund (see notes below).
Process of VAT refund
To enable CCCar Brokers to refund you the VAT content, we need to deliver the vehicle to your chosen shipping agent. The name and address on the sales invoice has to be to a NON EU Company name or Private person. The shipping note MUST show CCCar Brokers as the Exporter and the Consignee as the person BUYING the vehicle (outside the EU). We will receieve a signed copy of the "Standard Shipping Note" and then when the goods leave the UK we then receive the "BILL OF LADING". Only when we have the ORIGINAL "BILL OF LADING" will we submit the VAT return to HMRC as this is the only proof we have that the car has been exported.
Monthly VAT refund
When we receive the "BILL OF LADING" we will then submit this within that month's VAT return, and typically we receive repayment within 21 days of VAT submission - example - "BILL OF LADING" received 10th January - VAT submission 1st February - VAT refund 22nd February (this is a typical timeframe that HMRC work to). This can change if HMRC want to do a spot inspection and this will then delay the refund, however this is unlikely, and outside of our control
VAT advice
We do NOT offer specific VAT / Tax advice to individual customers. Please check with UK HMRC to ensure that you qualify for a VAT refund prior to making your purchase.
CCCar Brokers cannot be held responsible if HMRC refuse to refund any VAT of any export of a vehicle. This will have to be taken up directly with HMRC, and we can assist in supplying Shipping notes and Bill of Ladings where required.
